The Bradley Social Work Program aims to equip students with a dedication to core Social Work principles including service, social justice, respect for individual dignity, valuing human connections, ethical practice, professional capability, human rights, and evidence-based research. Our curriculum delivers the foundational knowledge and practical abilities required for entry-level generalist social work practice. Additionally, we offer academic preparation for students aspiring to advanced studies in social work or related human service fields. The program develops skills for proficient generalist practice in an interconnected world, fostering analytical thinking and research-based approaches to work with diverse populations across various practice settings (including individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities).
This social work degree provides the educational and professional groundwork necessary for Illinois licensure. It also serves as a fast-track option for earning a master's in social work and obtaining Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification.
