As an advertising and PR student at Bradley, you'll master strategic planning techniques to reinforce your organization's identity while gaining the skills to engage with varied audiences. The curriculum covers campaign development and assessment, along with leveraging events, digital platforms, and media outreach to cultivate essential connections for brand growth.
For your capstone project, you'll collaborate with peers to create an actual advertising or PR initiative for a local Peoria business or nonprofit. Outside class, internship opportunities exist at ad agencies, corporate marketing departments, or events like the Chicago Auto Show. Campus involvement options include Bradley's chapters of the American Advertising Federation and PRSSA, plus the award-winning speech team.
