The Immunology Training Program is designed for PhD and MD/PhD students enrolled in the Division of Graduate Medical Sciences. Alongside coursework, participants complete lab rotations, engage in seminars and journal clubs, pass qualifying exams, and defend an original research-based dissertation.

With small cohorts and close faculty mentorship, students can tailor their education to align with individual research goals. Trainees may select any ITP faculty member, regardless of departmental affiliation, for their research mentorship.
All accepted PhD and MD-PhD candidates qualify automatically for complete financial support, including stipends, tuition coverage, activity fees, and health insurance.
