The BS/MS in Human Physiology is an accelerated dual-degree program designed for students pursuing careers in clinical, pharmaceutical, or biotech fields. This rigorous curriculum not only builds a solid foundation for advanced studies in biology, physiology, or neuroscience but also enhances applications for professional schools.
Similar to the BS program, the undergraduate phase includes premedical coursework and hands-on clinical or research internships. During their senior year, students transition to graduate-level classes and initiate thesis research under faculty guidance, creating a customized study plan aligned with their research focus and career objectives. Explore our faculty expertise and cutting-edge physiology research labs to discover potential opportunities.
These integrated Bachelor's-to-Master's Programs enable students to earn both degrees consecutively, with up to 8 qualifying undergraduate units counting toward the graduate degree. All transferred coursework must be at the 500-level or higher.
