Our Secondary Education master's program offers multiple degree options tailored to your career goals and personal development. You can select from our Master of Education (M.Ed.), Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.), or Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) programs, all featuring relevant coursework and hands-on practicum experiences to prepare you for the classroom. Each program shares the same core curriculum and leads to grades 8-12 certification in STEM fields or 5-12 certification in humanities (English and History).
The 37-credit curriculum is ideal for students with prior knowledge in their chosen subject area, such as those who majored in it during their undergraduate studies. M.Ed. certification options cover Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, English, Foreign Language (Spanish or French), History, Mathematics, and Physics.
