These mathematical frameworks help examine diverse issues across economics, finance, environmental stewardship, marketing, strategic planning, and other commercial domains, alongside conventional scientific and engineering applications.
Pursuing a Mathematical Sciences major entails completing MA 131 Calculus I (which satisfies a Foundations for Success core requirement) plus nine additional mathematical science courses.
Beyond the outlined major requirements, students must fulfill all specified Foundations for Success prerequisites, Context & Perspectives in Arts & Sciences components, Business Dynamics coursework, Communication Intensive classes, and other degree mandates for Arts & Sciences majors.
Applicants must have a completion of Official secondary school transcript.
English language requirements
TOEFL: 233 computer-based, 577 paper-based or 90 Internet-based (score of 100 or better encouraged). We also require a minimum score of 20 on each of the TOEFL subsections. IELTS: 7, with a minimum score of 7 on each of the IELTS subsections.
