The Master of Urban Design (MUD) is a STEM-recognized, one-year advanced degree program focused on interdisciplinary urban design principles for cities, neighborhoods, and public spaces. Tailored for both working professionals and recent graduates, this post-professional program enhances skills while offering flexible scheduling to accommodate part-time employment.
Situated in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, the MUD curriculum leverages its urban setting and the collaborative environment of the Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning (ECAP). Participants develop urban design solutions that balance cultural and ecological considerations through practical studio work, community initiatives, and expert-led workshops featuring professionals from leading local firms and ECAP faculty.
