Our family and child studies program equips you to create meaningful impacts in the lives of children and families. You'll choose among three specialized tracks: child development, family studies, or child life. Upon graduation, you'll be prepared for diverse career paths—from early childhood education centers to healthcare facilities and social service organizations—or ready to advance to graduate or doctoral programs.
You should apply as a freshman undergraduate student if:
you have completed or will complete high school or secondary school before the semester you apply to start
you have not attended a university, college, or other postsecondary institution
you wish to earn a bachelor’s degree
Required Scores to demonstrate English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 79; IELTS 6.5 Band; Pearson's PTE 53
Dates and Deadlines - International Admissions must receive all your application materials by these dates for consideration for a specific term
Fall Term - application materials due by June 15th
Spring Term - application materials due by November 15th
