The faculty and staff in the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology are recognized experts in their disciplines. Our professors hold advanced degrees, are distinguished researchers, and bring practical experience from working in criminal justice. Over the years, the department has significantly expanded both its faculty and academic offerings. Our accelerated associate of arts program in criminal justice and criminology provides a fast track to career advancement, preparing graduates for supervisory roles in just two years. Students develop practical skills to implement criminal justice theories in professional settings while cultivating the interpersonal abilities needed to engage effectively with colleagues, instructors, community members, and law enforcement personnel.
Students should apply as an undergraduate student in the online and distance education program if:
Students have completed or will complete high school or secondary school before the semester you apply to start
Students plan to take courses online only while residing outside of the United States
Students wish to earn a bachelor’s degree or undergraduate certificate
Required Scores to demonstrate English Proficiency: TOEFL iBT 79; IELTS 6.5 Band; Pearson's PTE 53
