The Poultry Science Department educates students on the entire food chain, from farm-based poultry cultivation to processing, safety standards, and creating consumer-ready poultry goods. The department offers a Bachelor of Science in Poultry Science with two distinct tracks. The Poultry Production pathway equips students for careers in the poultry sector, while the Pre-Veterinary Medicine track readies them for advanced studies in veterinary medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, or medical fields.
