The electrical engineering department at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering provides a specialized master's program culminating in an MSE degree in electrical engineering.
Advanced studies are available across six concentration areas-
control systems (exclusive to on-campus students, not offered online)
power systems and energy engineering
electromagnetic fields, antenna technology, and microwave circuitry
digital and analog integrated circuit design
photonic devices and semiconductor physics
communication systems and digital signal processing
Applicants must fulfill the requirements of both the Graduate College and the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. Applicants are eligible to apply to the program if they have earned a bachelor's or master's degree in any field from a regionally accredited institution. The decision to admit a student who has earned a bachelor's degree from a program accredited by ABET to a master's degree program in electrical engineering is based on a number of factors. A minimum requirement is an undergraduate GPA of 3.00 (scale is 4.00 = "A") in the student's last two years of undergraduate work. All applicants must submit - graduate admission application and application fee official transcripts statement of purpose proof of English proficiency 3.0 GPA or equivalent
