Our MSc Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing) program is designed to deliver relevant teaching and research opportunities that establish a strong foundation for careers in engineering and manufacturing.

STEM fields will account for 58% of new jobs, requiring a 40% increase in science, engineering, and technology graduates to meet workforce needs. Mechanical and manufacturing engineering skills are particularly sought-after within STEM disciplines.[1]

The curriculum covers design principles along with stress and fluid dynamics analysis, utilizing industry-standard software like ANSYS.

Qualification Requirements
Normal entry requirements for full time and part time intake will be one of: A Bachelor of Engineering Honours Degree, or other Bachelor Honours Degree, normally with an honour’s degree with at least a 2:2 classification or equivalent in an appropriate engineering discipline. Applicants who do not meet the minimum entry requirement but have substantial professional experience in a relevant specialist area may be accepted, subject to interview and references. Equivalent qualifications of another overseas country which are deemed satisfactory by the program team. Students need to have an IELTS score with 6.0 (with no individual skill score below 5.5). TOEFL IBT Minimum overall: 79 with no individual test score below: Listening: 17, Reading: 18, Speaking: 20, Writing: 17.
