For an applicant wishing to pursue a Research Degree in the area of Engineering whose entry award was not delivered in English or nonnative speaker of English shall be required to demonstrate proficiency in English at least to the level of an IELTS score of 6.5 Writing 6.5 and no less than 6.0 in any other component or its equivalent
