This program will prepare you to apply forensic science methods as investigative aids for law enforcement and legal professionals. The degree seeks to: Develop graduates capable of utilizing forensic techniques to support police and legal investigations. Help you enhance your scientific reasoning, analytical abilities, and self-directed learning. Furthermore, if you opt for a sandwich degree option, the curriculum will provide opportunities to gain practical technical skills in a work setting while applying theoretical knowledge from the course to professional practice.
We will consider applicants who have not achieved 48 UCAS points (equivalence) from prior level 3 qualifications, if you have a keen interest in this subject area or hold relevant experience. You will be required to attend and pass a compulsory Prepare For Foundation assessment day where you will take part in a variety of activities which will assess your suitability for the course.
