You'll study Mathematics along with core principles of Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, and Production Engineering. Practical laboratory sessions will complement your theoretical knowledge, culminating in design construction and testing.Your second year deepens automotive expertise in Control Systems, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, and Stress Analysis. You'll develop design specifications and gain proficiency in 3D CAD software while studying Engineering Management and professional engineering ethics.After your second year, we recommend an industry placement to enhance employability and contribute toward professional accreditation as an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer.The final year involves an independent project, advanced automotive specialization, and training in commercializing innovative concepts.

104 UCAS points; A Levels - grades BCC  including Maths and either a Technology or Science-based subject; BTEC L3 Extended Diploma (Technology or Science-based subject) or OCR Cambridge L3 Technical Extended Diploma (Technology or Science-based subject) - grades DMM; Access to HE Diploma (60 credits) of which a minimum of 45 must be at Level 3 (104 UCAS point equivalence) in a Maths, Science or Technology based subject.

 

IELTS: Overall Score of 6.0 with no component less than 5.5; TOEFL: Overall Score of 60 with no component score less than 20; Pearson Test of English: Overall Score of 59 with no component score less than 59.
