Without Degree – a minimum of 5 years HR or management experience. Graduates without any HR or managerial experience and non-graduates with the above-specified experience will be assessed through a written piece of work and an interview at which they will be assessed on their ability to do the course. You need to meet our English language requirement of 6.5 overall score for IELTS, with a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening). Other equivalent English language examinations will be considered. TOEFL: Total score of 86, Reading 18, Writing 17, Listening 17, Speaking 20.
