This program delivers outstanding instruction in core biological science disciplines such as plant and animal biology, molecular biology, cellular biology, microbiology, essential human biology concepts, and ecological conservation.
Students will develop skills in designing scientific experiments to investigate natural phenomena, including field studies examining environmental factors and animal behavior, along with techniques for data analysis and interpretation - equipping graduates for professional applications of these competencies.
The curriculum includes a collaborative year-long research project during the second year, followed by an independent year-long research endeavor in the final year, culminating with a presentation at the program's research conference.
The foundation year prepares students with essential academic skills and subject knowledge for progression to the Honors degree. Participants explore fundamental subjects while acclimating to university life with full access to campus resources. Successful completion guarantees advancement to Level 4 of the degree program.
