Qualification Requirements

We normally require an honours degree of 2:2 or above in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a closely related subject.

TOEFL iBT - Overall score of 90 or above, including a minimum of 17 in Listening and Writing, 18 in Reading and 20 in Speaking.
