The course offers hands-on learning in Engineering Design Management within an academically rigorous framework, fostering innovation, creative problem-solving, and cutting-edge design technologies alongside essential project management capabilities.Sustainability and product lifecycle management form the foundation of the curriculum. As a participant, you'll utilize our mixed-medium design lab and expert technical support to enhance your technical design and project execution skills. Collaborative projects with interdisciplinary teams provide practical experience in engineering design management through real-world challenges. The program includes industry guest lectures and masterclasses from prominent design leaders.Developed in partnership with industry leaders and the WMG engineering education community, the MSc in Engineering Design Management responds to the growing demand for professionals who can apply design engineering approaches across technical and business functions to create value.
2:1 undergraduate degree (or equivalent) from a range of academic disciplines, particularly but not exclusively from Engineering (and other STEM subjects) or from Design (or other arts degrees). The course is designed for candidates keen to apply their skills within the context of engineering or product design.
