This program focuses on how social divisions like race, gender, and class interact with crime studies and justice systems globally. By integrating these disciplines, you'll gain comprehensive insight into contemporary issues surrounding justice and criminalization.
Leveraging our Sociology Department's expertise, you'll examine diverse topics including cultural identities, geopolitical tensions, gender studies, environmental activism, social change movements, sexual identity, theoretical frameworks, state offenses, terrorism in modern societies, correctional systems, juvenile delinquency, law enforcement practices, and global security challenges.
