Explore politics on both national and global scales. Analyze political matters with cultural awareness and sensitivity. Enhance and refine your Spanish language proficiency. Study the diverse cultures and communities of Spanish-speaking regions. Acquire essential abilities in theoretical evaluation, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and effective written and spoken communication.
This program focuses on the impact of Spanish language and Hispanic cultures on global affairs. The curriculum addresses national and international political challenges, political theory, international relations, and Spanish language acquisition.
Your studies will be evenly divided between Politics and International Studies and Hispanic Studies, with an option to specialize (75:25) in either discipline during your final year. Graduates will possess advanced Spanish communication abilities in writing and speech, along with highly valued research, analytical, and presentation skills developed through individual and group work.
