Sussex offers an exceptional environment for cognitive science research. You can pursue either a PhD or MPhil degree. These programs vary in length and research scope. A PhD requires significant original contributions to your field's knowledge base, while an MPhil involves independent research with less depth, culminating in a Master of Philosophy degree. You may have the option to upgrade from MPhil to PhD during your studies.
