Exploring Sociology enables you to critically analyze and comprehend the social environments we inhabit. Sussex University places special emphasis on themes of authority, fairness, and equity.
You'll learn from specialists covering subjects like societal fairness, gender disparities, personal identity, healthcare systems, and population movements. We help you cultivate both practical and analytical research skills, providing valuable training for your academic journey and professional path. During your final year, you'll have the opportunity to create and execute your own research project in a chosen field, with guidance from our faculty members who are all engaged in current research.
