This practice-focused MA pathway expands upon our successful MA Interpreting Chinese Pathway (introduced in 2011) and continues the legacy of our renowned MA Translation program, established in 1986. Students will gain from a career-aligned, competency-driven syllabus that blends translation techniques, ethical technology application, and cross-cultural education. Delivered in partnership with KL Communications Ltd, a UK translation and interpreting specialist, this distinctive program benefits from the expertise of Dr Kevin Lin OBE - the company's managing director, who serves as Lead Chinese Interpreter for the UK Foreign Office, accomplished entrepreneur, and seasoned educator.
