Adult nursing focuses on providing comprehensive care to diverse patients with varying health needs, from acute injuries to chronic conditions.
Our BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing program was created through partnerships with South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust, The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust and Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, alongside input from our Patient, Carer and Public Involvement (PCPI) contributors.

After successfully finishing the Adult Nursing program, graduates qualify to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as certified adult nurses.
