You can pursue either a PhD or MPhil in Law. A Law PhD involves three years of full-time study, whereas an MPhil takes one year of full-time study. The Strathclyde Law School also accepts part-time PhD and MPhil candidates. Part-time research programs offer an excellent way to investigate topics relevant to your career while allowing you to earn a postgraduate degree without leaving your job. Our research centers on environmental law and governance, conducted through both individual and collaborative initiatives. We concentrate on three primary domains: environmental and energy regulation, environmental justice, and natural resources management.
For postgraduate studies, we require a minimum overall IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent (the test must be taken within two years of programme start date)
