Individuals across business, government, and legal sectors now frequently need to settle disagreements efficiently, avoiding the costs and delays of court proceedings. This Scottish Mediation Register-approved program stands unique in the UK, offering a comprehensive, interdisciplinary curriculum that blends theory with hands-on practice. Participants explore diverse methodologies while learning from leading UK specialists. Certificate, Diploma, and Masters graduates meet all Scottish Mediation Register training standards. For global practitioners, foundational courses can be paired with subjects like International Human Rights Law, preparing them for roles in NGOs and charities focused on dispute resolution. Students earn either an LLM or MSc degree. The LLM recognizes legally-focused dissertation work, while the MSc acknowledges social science or empirical research approaches.
