The MSc Autism program offers an in-depth exploration of theoretical frameworks related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This postgraduate degree equips students with advanced knowledge of cognitive and emotional theories crucial for supporting individuals with autism. You'll learn to apply theoretical concepts practically and assess evidence-based intervention strategies. Our holistic perspective on lifelong autism support allows you to benefit from diverse perspectives within our multidisciplinary student community, which includes professionals, autistic individuals, and those with both professional and personal caregiving experience. The curriculum features insights from globally recognized autism specialists.
Program structure
The course consists of five mandatory modules and one elective, culminating in a dissertation. You'll receive personalized guidance from an assigned supervisor throughout your research project. International students have the flexibility to complete their dissertation remotely, minimizing financial burdens and family separation.
Research component
You'll conduct an independent research project in your chosen specialization, with dedicated one-on-one supervision. We carefully match students with supervisors based on their research interests.
