Our English department provides MRes, MPhil, and PhD programs. The MPhil and MRes can be completed in one year, while the PhD typically takes three years. Students may choose any of these programs across our five research specializations: Gender Studies, Literary Linguistics, Literature, Culture & Place, Creative Writing, and Renaissance Studies. English language and literature postgraduate students receive guidance from globally recognized scholars whose expertise spans from the Renaissance era to contemporary studies.
