Program Structure This flexible program offers both full-time and part-time options with three potential completion levels. Students may transition between these levels based on academic performance: - Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) - Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip) - Master's degree (LLM) The curriculum combines required core courses with elective options. Students progressing to the LLM level will complete a summer research project. Career Prospects In collaboration with our Career Services, we offer guidance on professional development opportunities, internships, and employment prospects. Please note this degree enhances employability but doesn't qualify graduates for legal practice. First - or second-class Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in a related discipline. Other qualifications may be accepted where the applicant has relevant work experience. Please note a law degree is not required for entry to this programme.

TOEFL ibt - 80 overall, with the following minimum scores in each component-(Listening- 17, Reading- 18, Speaking- 20, Writing- 18)
