PhD Program
In our PhD programs, students engage in groundbreaking research for up to 3.5 years. This research aims to produce substantial, original contributions to the chosen field, with findings published in top-tier scientific and engineering journals, culminating in a doctoral thesis. PhD candidates may secure funding through various sources including self-funding, industry sponsorship, university support, research council grants, or a combination of these options.
You'll need a first-class or upper second-class UK Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in a relevant discipline from a recognised academic institution. 
IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no individual band less than 5.5)
TOEFL (ibt): 80 overall, with the following minimum scores in each component: Listening: 17 Reading: 18 Speaking: 20 Writing: 18.
