Core topics in Social Policy include analyzing poverty, various forms of inequality (economic, racial, age-based, and gender-related), social justice, healthcare, education, the criminal justice system, and housing. The field employs both qualitative and quantitative research methods to better understand resource allocation strategies and how societies evaluate progress in meeting these needs.
