This psychology course centers on examining human behavior. When you study with us, you'll explore behavioral patterns—how we learn, remember, coordinate actions, and interact—along with individual differences in personality and intelligence. Please note that due to high demand and academic requirements for advancing to Honours (Year 4), enrollment in Years 2 and 3 is restricted. Human Resource Management (HRM) focuses on employer-employee dynamics and workplace people management, including recruitment, training, development, and conflict resolution—key aspects of organizational leadership. Career Paths Psychology graduates often pursue further education to become professional psychologists, working in clinical, educational, or occupational fields, or in research. Other career options include teaching, HR management, social work, counseling, and various managerial roles across industries. Recent HRM graduates have secured positions in insurance, retail, manufacturing, recruitment consulting, and public sector organizations, holding roles ranging from HR trainees and assistants to recruitment consultants and administrative managers.
