Focused on ceramic design and manufacturing, this program provides a comprehensive creative journey that bridges various modern concepts and approaches. Spanning from functional product design to artistic sculpture and installations, it incorporates cross-disciplinary viewpoints that examine ceramics as both medium and theme. The curriculum draws from decades of specialized expertise, hands-on skills, and professional methodologies cultivated in Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, and at the university itself. With recent upgrades in advanced technologies, students gain exceptional opportunities to combine digital innovation with traditional craftsmanship and material understanding.
