Our BA (Hons) Music Production degree teaches you the complete process of creating music for commercial release - from composition and recording to mixing and mastering. You'll have opportunities to develop personal projects and focus on your chosen career specialization. The program prepares you for diverse music industry roles across multiple media including radio, television, film, gaming, and theater. Experienced faculty - including active songwriters, producers, and performers like Nick McCabe (former lead guitarist of The Verve) - provide expert guidance. Our staff maintain strong industry connections spanning hip-hop to electronic music.
Key modules develop essential technical skills for professional studio work. Students access our state-of-the-art facilities featuring five professional recording studios equipped with surround sound systems and industry-standard consoles from SSL, Avid, Audient, and API.
