Our School offers both PhD and EngD programs spanning all research areas. Beyond conventional research training, these programs incorporate advanced coursework. The EngD program serves as an industry-focused alternative to the traditional PhD, featuring collaborative supervision between academic and corporate partners.
Our Astronomy research encompasses cosmic phenomena across all scales - from galactic evolution and cosmology to molecular cloud studies, star formation processes, protoplanetary systems, stellar behavior, and the chemical analysis of exoplanets (including their potential moons) to identify extraterrestrial environments capable of supporting life.
