The Master of Theology (Honours) program in Theology is a four-year undergraduate degree offered by the School of Divinity. This curriculum explores Christian doctrines and traditions through biblical and theological scholarship, while examining faith's contemporary relevance and modern challenges. Participants will delve into specialized areas such as analyzing scripture in its original languages or exploring connections between Christian thought and modern scientific/philosophical ideas. The initial two years include core modules on Old and New Testament studies, systematic theology, moral theology, and early church history. Elective options enable students to either deepen their theological focus or pursue interdisciplinary studies. While studying New Testament Greek or Hebrew is recommended, it remains optional for degree candidates.
