The MLitt in Romantic and Victorian Studies deepens students' understanding of Romantic and Victorian literature by examining literary works from the 1790s through 1900. This intensive one-year program, offered by the School of English, covers texts and themes spanning the 18th and 19th centuries. Enhance your research capabilities in specialized areas through focused topic modules. Investigate Romantic and Victorian writings in connection with diverse intellectual movements, including revolutionary ideals, gender discussions, and artistic philosophies.
