This program offers an in-depth exploration of Modern Languages (French and German) alongside Management studies, delivered at an advanced, research-focused level. Students will develop insights into how knowledge evolves, progresses, and gets refreshed. The curriculum fosters independent learning among all participants, emphasizing curiosity, integrity, precision, and academic rigor. Spanning 60 months, this course leads to a Master of Arts (Honours) degree. Like all St Andrews programs, it consists of credit-based modules, requiring students to complete 540 credits total, typically earning 120 credits annually. The initial two years feature mandatory program-specific courses alongside elective options (sometimes including interdisciplinary Faculty offerings). Subsequent years provide specialized, research-driven education through tailored modules. The first two years combine essential program courses with various electives (potentially from other Faculties), while later years focus on advanced, program-specific research learning.
