The MA (Hons) in International Relations program equips students to examine critical global topics including conflict origins, diplomatic strategies, trade agreements, global security threats, fundamental freedoms, legal frameworks, and the interplay between governance and economic progress. Participants will cultivate analytical abilities to evaluate shifts in global dynamics and regional contexts, understand state interactions with international entities, and formulate ethical frameworks connecting current realities with potential futures. This four-year honors degree, offered by the School of International Relations, begins with foundational studies in theoretical perspectives and core concepts during the initial two years, covering diplomatic decision-making processes, international stability considerations, and the application of theoretical models to contemporary geopolitical challenges.
