Environmental Earth sciences will prepare you to comprehend our planet's evolving environment. This interdisciplinary program blends elements of climate science, oceanography, geology, biology, and geography to examine how Earth's oceans, atmosphere, biosphere, and geosphere interconnect to shape environmental transformations throughout history and in contemporary times. The curriculum also tackles pressing global issues such as climate change, ecological deterioration, and the need to decrease carbon emissions.
Students gain practical experience through fieldwork, lab work, and computational methods that are fundamental to environmental science studies.
