Master the skills to design next-generation aircraft, high-performance race cars, cutting-edge rockets, and advanced satellites, preparing for a dynamic engineering career. Our comprehensive program delves into sophisticated aerospace engineering concepts, encompassing the development and production of high-speed aircraft and spacecraft. This MEng program explores the scientific, engineering, and manufacturing aspects of both atmospheric and space vehicles. You'll gain expertise in their operational mechanics within Earth's atmosphere and outer space, along with understanding their economic, legal, and environmental implications. The curriculum aligns with the UK Space Agency's Civil Space Strategy framework. The program begins with foundational aeronautical and astronautical engineering principles before progressing to specialized modules. During your second year, you can tailor your studies through specialization options. Year 3 features an independent research project, while Year 4 focuses on collaborative design work through a team project.
