Our MEng Civil Engineering curriculum covers essential subjects including mathematics, structural design, material science, geotechnical engineering, fluid mechanics, and land surveying. Key themes like sustainable design, safety protocols, and professional ethics are woven throughout the program. You'll gain hands-on experience with industry-standard design and construction software, along with opportunities for fieldwork and professional placements.

Our civil engineering graduates enjoy outstanding career prospects, securing positions with leading consulting firms, construction companies, and government agencies. Alumni have joined prestigious organizations such as Capita Symonds, BAM Nuttall, Hyder Consulting, Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd, Morgan Est, Carillion, Mott MacDonald, Atkins, Network Rail, United Utilities, and numerous international firms.
