This program specifically meets all these needs, providing ample practical training opportunities and earning endorsement from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) through its ERP initiative. Students will acquire hands-on strength and conditioning techniques at USW Sport Park's cutting-edge facility, utilizing the same equipment employed to train and evaluate top-tier athletes. Additionally, you may join the University's coaching staff, offering strength and conditioning support to various sports teams and athletes while gaining invaluable coaching experience.
Upon graduation, you'll be ready to pursue roles as a strength and conditioning coach, working with individuals at all skill levels—from novices to professionals. The program also equips you to launch your own strength and conditioning practice or explore careers in fitness-related sectors like rehabilitation, personal training, health and wellness, or gym instruction.
