The AEMS Top-Up program is designed for professionals seeking to enhance their existing aviation credentials (including EASA Part-66 certification holders) or those with relevant HND qualifications to achieve an engineering degree. Recognizing that many working professionals face time constraints, the program provides flexible study options - a one-year full-time track or a two-year part-time pathway delivering 60 credits annually at level 6.

This curriculum meets industry demands for advanced expertise in aircraft maintenance management, particularly addressing knowledge gaps in line and heavy maintenance scheduling among practicing engineers. Through partnerships with leading airlines like Ryanair, British Airways, and JMC, the program has successfully created numerous career pathways for graduates.
