The program occurs in both university and elementary school environments to offer genuine learning and teaching opportunities that will thoroughly equip future educators to motivate students in fulfilling the four goals of Wales' Curriculum. We collaborate with carefully chosen partner schools recognized for their outstanding educational offerings and long-standing commitment to high-caliber mentorship in teacher training. Numerous lead partner schools actively contribute to shaping Wales' evolving curriculum, impacting educational policies, inter-school enhancements, and academic excellence. The curriculum emphasizes building expertise across Learning Areas and Experiences, hands-on abilities, broader competencies, and the professional skills needed to become an exceptional educator.

This teacher preparation program has been crafted to align with national priorities and produce sought-after graduates ready to tackle the challenges of teaching. Our experienced primary education team has a demonstrated history of cultivating top-tier educators, with many alumni advancing to leadership positions or securing roles at prestigious institutions. Graduates earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), enabling them to teach in primary schools domestically or abroad. While most graduates find teaching positions in Wales or England, some have secured roles at British international schools in countries like the Czech Republic, Slovakia, China, and Kuwait.
