Theatre and performance industries rely heavily on production and management as their foundation. This dynamic, practical program addresses the growing demand for skilled producers and arts administrators, focusing on key areas including: production techniques, stage coordination, event planning, budgeting and timelines, audience engagement strategies, technical production knowledge, and arts policy. Students gain hands-on experience through numerous public productions, performances, and collaborative events with our industry partners, building a diverse skill set. Through strong industry connections, we prepare adaptable, knowledgeable creative producers ready to excel in various performance industry roles. Ideal for those enthusiastic about performing arts and event management who aspire to work behind the scenes, creating exceptional experiences for both audiences and performers. Participants will acquire practical abilities, enhance their communication skills, and tackle the complex realities of arts production and management.
