Build a strong base of business fundamentals in your first year, then shift focus to international markets in years two and three. Your second year includes studying abroad at one of our partner institutions. This program emphasizes grasping how businesses thrive globally, offering insights into worldwide operations and cultural aspects of commerce.
No prior experience is required, but dedication to achieving excellent outcomes is essential. You'll engage in demanding academic work, develop practical abilities, and complete an overseas year - all within a three-year timeframe. You may also qualify for an optional work placement, either in your study-abroad location or back in the UK, gaining employer-valued professional experience.

The first year provides thorough coverage of essential business concepts - from organizational behavior and ethics to strategy and economics - alongside practical modules such as accounting and analytical methods.

To qualify for the international year, you must pass all first-year modules on your first attempt with a minimum 60% average grade.

Students who don't meet these requirements transition to our BA Business Management program and remain in Sheffield for year two.

In your final year, you'll return to Sheffield to advance your business education - applying your international experiences and selecting specialized modules to enhance your global perspective.
