The Food and Nutrition research team unites a diverse collective of academics, investigators, and doctoral candidates focused on public health nutrition studies within ScHARR. Our members include specialists in nutrition science, dietary practice, public health, sociology, data analysis, international health policy, behavioral science, and human geography. Our work spans various regions (including the UK, Europe, developing nations, and global contexts) and employs multiple research approaches (both qualitative and quantitative methods). This collaborative group was formed to advance scholarly inquiry into the complex relationships between dietary patterns, nutritional science, and societal factors.
