The foundation year program offers individuals with non-traditional qualifications comprehensive academic preparation to excel in degree-level studies within the Geography Department. After successfully finishing the foundation year, participants will advance to the BSc Environmental Science program. This preparatory year is thoughtfully structured to boost self-assurance, cultivate crucial academic and learning techniques, and deliver specialized subject knowledge needed for achievement. Have been out of formal full-time Level 3 education (usually A-Levels or Access courses) for 2 plus years

Be prepared for the demands that undergraduate degree level study will place upon you
Be 21 or Over.
A minimum GCSE grade D/3 in Mathematics (or equivalent) may also be required. A GCSE grade C/4 may be required for some science programmes.
IELTS - Overall score of 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each component, TOEFL - Overall score of 80 with a minimum of 17 in Listening, 18 in Reading, 20 in Speaking and 17 in Writing, Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic, PTE Academic UKVI - Overall score of 56 with a minimum of 51 in each component.
